About the League
The TLC League of Visionaries are a community of creative educators, united by the knowledge that so much of what is truly authentic and transformational learning is not contained in scope and sequence charts . . and can not be tested by the crude, unforgiving “testing cameras." They are the story activators (and story activists!) that bring books like "The Dot" and "Water Princess" to life - inspiring and cultivating purpose-based learning.
The TLC League of Visionaries is full of teachers who understand the power of story to touch and change lives - using ample doses of empathy, compassion, creativity, and TLC to help learners navigate their full potential.

The TLC League of Visionaries is a safe harbor for educators who understand the power of story to touch and change lives - using ample doses of empathy, compassion, creativity, and TLC to help learners navigate their full potential. We want to be sure we give YOU the TLC you deserve - for reminding students (and yourself!) to Create Bravely every day, for encouraging others along their learning journey in ways that go “off script,” for activating our books and films with students around the globe - or for surprising us with new approaches to cause learning in creative ways.
