Educator Workshop: Ignite Creativity: 3 Play Centers for Preschool to 1st Grade

  • TLC Studios 390 Washington Street Dedham, MA, 02026 United States (map)

In this engaging workshop, participants will explore how to set up, organize, and facilitate three exciting play centers designed to spark creativity in young learners. You’ll discover how to reimagine a building center with blocks, create endless possibilities with a loose parts center, and inspire imagination with a beautiful stuff center.

Learn how to creatively use everyday classroom items and recycled materials, eliminating the need for extra purchases. Additionally, we’ll explore ways to integrate academic concepts into these play-based centers, empowering educators to nurture both creativity and learning in a hands-on, dynamic environment.

Massachusetts educators will receive a certificate for 1.5 hours of PDP after attending the workshop.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own devices.

When: Tuesday April 29, 4:30-6 p.m.

Audience: Prek-Grade 1 educators

TLC Studios is located at 390 Washington Street in Dedham, Ma. There is easy, free parking at Keystone Lot (10 Eastern Ave.).
