FabMaker Summit and Author Visit with Paul Reynolds at the Delran Innovation & Fabrication Lab
Paul Reynolds from Reynolds Center for Teaching, Learning and Creativity & FableVision and Maryann Molishus are excited to join Delran Innovation & Fabrication Lab for a FabMaker Summit on Friday, September 27, 2019.
During this interactive session, attendees will enjoy an engaging agenda packed with inspiration, storytelling, and hands-on learning of the FabMaker Studio STEAM program.
FabMaker Studio is an easy-to-use, web-based design and fabrication tool that invites students in grades PreK-8 to experience STEM and STEAM learning in a more engaging, personally meaningful way. This program is a part of the national Fab@School research initiative and is committed to championing equity and access to quality maker education.
With low-cost materials like paper and cardstock, and a wide range of tools from scissors to inexpensive 2D cutters, 3D printers, and laser cutters, students can use Fab Maker Studio to design, invent, and build their own geometric constructions and working machines.
Also at this event, participants will have a chance to meet author and co-founder, Paul Reynolds.
