This workshop provides educators with practical tools and strategies to navigate complex group dynamics in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations. Using interactive activities and education-focused case studies, participants will explore techniques for fostering psychological safety, building trust, and addressing conflict with empathy and clarity. 

Whether facilitating classroom discussions, staff meetings, or restorative practices, this session equips you to create supportive environments that encourage meaningful collaboration, open dialogue, and lasting growth.  Massachusetts educators will receive a certificate for 2 hours of PDP after attending the workshop.
